Mondays are hard period. Especially when you have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to work.Well that's my case.
The night before I prepare my breakfast/lunch for the next morning. I always make a fruit and veggie smoothie either with coconut water or Aloe Vera water to keep me going through the morning show. After we are done producing I have my actual breakfast which is usually oatmeal with mashed banana, mixed nuts, and pineapple. My two main base components for my smoothie are kale and bananas and then I go for colorful fruit.
And of course you can always add some granola to give it a crunch.
