Scallop Vibe

I love flare jeans they make my legs look longer and leaner. During warmer days I like wearing loose thin material clothing. For this look I wore this loose little scallop top. I was comfortable and cool which was all that matter since it's been hot.

I added a neon clutch I got last year on clearance at Target for $7. At first I thought it would be a great bag to throw my essentials in for a trip but then I changed my mind. It's two clutches in one which I find interesting and different. It totally gave this look some color and life.
