A Mix of Lace

As I mention Wednesday, here is the second look with the simple H&M lace dress. When I shop I like to look for pieces that I can easily use from one season to the next by layering and mixing.
I wore this dress for brunch a couple of days ago and it was perfect for the warm weather. But now that fall is quickly approaching us and soon the days will be cooler adding a few simple pieces can transform this dress.

You can never go wrong with a black blazer. Everyone should have one. It's a timeless piece. Another addition and easy transition are the booties. We all have some and automatically tone down the outfit without loosing the feminine touch and giving it that casual-chic feel. For fall I like to mix in earth tones with vibrant ones. That way I have a balance and never look bland.
