Rocks Fashion Bug: Abstract Prints For Your Style

Today's look is all about emotions drawn onto clothing. I found these shorts at Marshalls and my first thought was another floral piece, but as I got closer to investigate I realized it was some sort of abstract print. It reminded me of something you would see at an art show in Downtown LA. A mix of thoughts, ideas, and life drawn onto a piece you can style multiple ways depending on your mood. I believe wearing color pumps you up and brightens any day. I've notice that if I don't wear at least one colored piece my mood shifts and feel as if I'm missing something. I recommend wearing colored accessories to add some life to your look. Even if it's just a simple necklace or a scarf - it will make all the difference.

Days are now warmer so I've began to dust off my wedges and sandals. They are one piece I love to wear with shorts, skirts, jeans, and dresses. They are comfortable and available in various styles and colors. As you may have notice from my previous post I'm a bit obsessed with gladiator sandals. Last week I came across these nude/tan wedges from Charles David while at Nordstrom, and I went about my way then came back tried them on and bought them. I liked everything about them from the color to the height and how soft the material is. A great addition to any wardrobe.
