Mango Mousse Cheesecake

Summer is officially here and why not make an easy non-bake dessert for this holiday. It's perfect for this LA weather.

What you need:  5 mangos, 1 bar of cream cheese, 2 rolls of Maria crackers, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1 bar of butter, 1 cup of condensed milk, 1 packet of gelatin ( what ever flavor you prefer), 1 whole lemon juice

Start by placing the crackers in the blender to dissolve them into crumbs.

Next, pour on your cake tray and add the melted butter. This will make it stick together and create a base.

Once you have mixed and arranged the cracker base put aside.

Make your gelatin. Follow the directions on the box you decide to use.

Squeeze the juice out of a whole lemon

Peel mangos and remove the seed

Place the mangos in the blender as well as the condensed milk,

yogurt, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of gelatin,

and lemon juice. Blend all together. You might have to blend everything in two parts. Pour on your cracker base, refrigerate for 2-3 hours ( or overnight ) and VIOLA !!!


Decrate with fruit or flowers. It's refreshing and tasty.

If there is any gellatin left over pour onto small trays and store for any time of the day snack.
