Have you ever wanted to know how a specific lipstick, eye shadow, or primer would look on you without having to head out to the store? 

Say hello to Glam ST where you can get a makeover with a simple click of the mouse. It’s a virtual community where you can play around with makeup and if you like an item so much you can definitely added it to your basket and purchase it. You will also find reviews on some of the products that can help with your needs.

Here is how it works. You upload a picture of yourself and follow the process of outlining your face, eyes, eyebrows, and lips. Once that’s done the fun part begins!

There are three sections and each is broken down into categories. For example, face is split into foundation, concealer, powder and blush. You can try on as many products as you please until you find the perfect match for your skin and even play around with the intensity of that shade.

 

Once done you can move on to either eyes or lips and go back and forth until you find the perfect match that completes your whole look. If your make up was inspired by a celebrity or a picture you saw, go ahead and upload it to do a comparison as well as ideas available for friends on the Glam ST community.

I tried two looks wearing a yellow dress which you can only see a bit but good enough to match my makeup and create a look. I was first thinking of going for a regular black smoky eye but then the more I played around the more looks I wanted to try. The first look (above) was inspired by Spring. I went for a somewhat of a natural look with pink lips and low key brown smoky eyes. Then for the second look (below) I went with plum lips and strong eyes. More for an evening look or date night. You can always upload a new picture wearing a top or dress you want to combine makeup with.

Glam ST is easy to use and fun to play around with. Once done with your virtual makeover and you save it, a list of the products you used will appear just in case you forgot to add one to your basket.

I spent a few hours trying on products without worrying I was being annoying. Glam ST  is perfect if you are like me who doesn't know much about wearing makeup and still in the process of learning.
