Off to Brunch

I like having pieces that can go from casual to chic in a matter of seconds. Before purchasing anything I always think of how many combinations I can make out of it. After browsing the look-book for Peter Pilotto x Target, I had added these shorts to my want list. I was lucky when I found them. I got them on sale for $15 which made me extra happy. I love bargains and when they pop up unexpectedly it's even better. 

Since our days have been warm in Los Angeles I thought it was only right to wear shorts to brunch but making sure I didn't look too casual. So I opted to pair them with simple pieces to make the look complete. A white blouse can do so many wonders. It's my to-go piece of clothing any time I want to look chic and classic. I also added my favorite gladiator sandals which gave some extra detail aside from the print and color on the shorts.
