Happy Halloween! As I mention before time has been short for me. It's been a busy couple of months but not to busy to make a stop at a pumpkin patch and pick up some pumpkins for decor and of course my favorite, in recipes. We can all agree that going to a pumpkin patch will never get old. I love every bit of fall, especially this time. I use to look forward as a kid and plan how I would carve my pumpkin or what face I would paint on it. My mom in the other hand would make pumpkin soup and pumpkin with melted brown sugar, pecans, and some goat cheese or mascarpone.
The hub's and I headed to a local pumpkin patch and couldn't get enough of it. As you know I love bright colors and prints so I wore one of my favorite gingham shirts in orange along with a white v-neck polka dot cardigan. I was feeling very festive which blended in with this place's atmosphere.
