Mixing Old and New, High and Low

Happy Monday! Let's make it another fun week.We all enjoy playing dress up which at the same time it helps develop our own style. I get inspired by everyone and everything. Where ever I look I observe and snap a mental picture that helps give me ideas later. I'm a true believer in mixing old with new and high with low. By that I mean that any one at any budget can be stylish. I love shopping at Marshalls, TJ Maxx and any great sales but I also don't mind splurging on investment pieces. Those pieces are usually the ones I'll be using continuously. Fashion and style should always be fun and not stressful- and of course not leave you broke.

Today's look is a mix of pieces I've had in my closet with some new ones that I found on sale, like this Target shirt. You can find it on clearance at the store. The skirt is from last year which I found at the outlets and continue to use. I loved the mix of colors and patterns which I just randomly put together and later realized. Hope you enjoy today's look and it inspires you to go through your closet and pull things out and mix them with those new ones.  Feel free to share your outfits adding the link in the comment box below.

Have a great day and keep on shining!
