Patriotic Style

In the midst of the week with all of our attention towards the 4th of July, here is a simple casual-comfortable look. It can inspire you to create an outfit with pieces you already own.

For this outfit I paired a polka dot blouse (worn here) with sailor shorts and wedges. One trick I learned was to pair wedges with shorts to give the illusion of longer, leaner, and toned legs plus a rounder-perkier tush. It's an easy trick you can use all summer long.
