Happy Friday! The long anticipated arrival of Lilly Pulitzer came and left. How many of you were able to score a piece of the collection?
I was so eager to get my hands on some of the home goods but sadly they were not available to order online and only sold at stores. Sadly I did not get what I wanted which was the pineapple tray and lemon squeezer. Due to work I had to wait until Monday morning to visit my local Target. I was able to find a dress and a picnic towel.
The collection reminds me of a tropical location. It's filled with colors, prints and a whole lot of tropical vibes. A few things about this dress starting with sizing. It runs true to size. I usually wear a size 10 in dresses and this time I had to go up a size because it was a bit snug. I like to be able to move comfortably and in order for that I had to go bigger. The fabric is thick but not stretchy. The dress is great for those warmer days and perfect for any vacation. Overall the dress is worth it and for the price it's a steal. It's not everyday you find a designer brand at Target. Now I'm eager to know who' next to team up with local retail store.
