Over the weekend hubby and I attended the 6th annual Style Week OC which took off at the Irvine Spectrum. It was hosted by who better than Nick Verreos, Project Runway alum and fashion personality.He really made the show fun and exciting. FIDM students competed in the Cadillac: Couture Design Competition, in which they created evening-wear inspired by the new Cadillac ATS using actual car parts. How cool is that?
The winner of the night was David Lee. He created a somewhat futuristic yet classy black and white shantung silk dress- with a headpiece that added the final touch. There was also another winner who was chosen by Facebook Fan Favorite and that was Jarret Levin. His design was a red cocktail dress using the Cadillac ATS seat belts and a leather Cadillac Clutch.
