3 Steps For A Sun Kissed Glow

Spring Tan

Spring is in full bloom and like many the cold winter weather left my skin dry and pale. After hiding my legs it's time to prepare them for that sun kissed glow. Here are some simple steps to take your long stems from pale to tan. It's easy and you won't have to spend time out in the sun damaging your skin.

Exfoliate
Exfoliating is very important and should be done on a regular basis. It helps remove dead skin and polish the one underneath. Before applying anything onto skin it's always best to start with a new layer.

Hydrate and Moisturize
After exfoliating make sure to hydrate your skin. While your skin is damp lather on some argan oil and massage well onto body. This will help hydrate and keep your skin soft and bright. I like using argan oil since it absorbs quickly.

Tanner
Finish with a tanning lotion and viola! No need to spend hours trying to get that sun glow or damage from it. This can be done in just a a few minutes and use whenever.

This is the one way I prepare for my skin for all those skirts and dresses. It's a simple beauty routine and you can increase the strength of the tan by doing it on a regular basis.

  1. great tips dear...I never used the tannning lotion because I have naturally dark skin but I think it is better to use a tanning location that expose ourselves to the sun in an unhealthy way...
I do agree with the two above stated steps...they are really important in preparing our skin.
