This week started on a very good foot. On Monday The Grove announced the winners of a private meet and great plus a book signing with Louise Roe. If you remember I had the pleasure of meeting Louise Roe back in February at Vanity Fair's Oscar Week and she was such a delightful and humble person. A real genuine woman who empowers other women. Well this time around was no different. I had the opportunity to meet Gabby who was the other winner and Erin from Miss Erin Says joined me for this amazing experience.
After the meet and great we headed to the Q&A between Catt Sadler and Louise Roe. Front Roe- How To Be The Leading Lady in Your Own Life, is all about accepting and loving who you are inside and out. It's a girl to girl book that shares advice, recipes, style and so much more. The one thing I love about Louise Roe and her book is that she doesn't demand you to change who you are to fit in and be the women you want to be. Instead, she gives you advice to embrace who you are and add more of your personality visually rather then someone elses all within a budget. Now days, as she mention some people get carried away just to fit in and compete with one another when in reality that only signifies they've lost touch of who they are and their own style. I'm enjoying the book very much but I'm also a weirdo since I like to jump from one chapter to another and start from the end to the beginning. This happens all the time when I get super excited while I'm reading.
